How to Return
For ALL returns/exchanges, please email us at email@example.com and include your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process. We will then send a returns label that you can attach to the items to be dropped off at your local Royal Mail Drop off point. Returns are to be mailed to:

If for any reason you want to return your order you can return it to us if unworn and unmarked in it's original box and packaging within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. This policy is for purchases made from pareschildrensfootwear.co.uk only.
If you would like an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied via the original method of payment, within approximately 5 business days.
In Store Policy
By your legal rights, we will be pleased to exchange or give a full refund for any justified complaint where goods are found to be defective as a result of the workmanship and/or the materials used in its manufacture. In other cases, we may offer a repair, exchange or a credit note. We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note on any unworn and unmarked goods if accompanied by its receipt and the original box & packaging within 28 days.
We do not offer a refund on goods if you simply change your mind about wanting them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not accept credit notes from Parés Footwear Blackheath Store.
