Product Availability

All delivery is subject to availability. We have indicated on the Website whether or not a product is currently "in stock". However, this is an estimate only, should not be relied upon and may be subject to change. If there is any delay, we will notify you of this. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any products are not available.


Delivery Service

Orders placed before 13:00 GMT on a weekday will be processed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 15:00 GMT on a weekday, on weekends or during UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.


Parés Footwear delivers all goods by Royal Mail. All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded service. For international destinations, Royal Mail will delivery using the country of destination's national postal service.


When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel. Parcels may be delivered to a neighbor who must also sign for the parcel.


UK Delivery Charges

UK Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) is FREE on orders over £30. For orders under £30 UK Standard delivery costs £3.50


European Delivery Charges

European Delivery (5-10 working days) costs £10.50 and is charged on a per item basis


International Delivery Charges Not Including Europe

International Delivery (7-14 working days) costs £15.50 and is charged on a per item basis

 

Lost Goods Claims Policy

Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 21 working days from despatch for UK and EU countries and 25 working days for non-EU countries.

UK Returns

 

If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original packaging and tags within 14 days of delivery.

There is no need to telephone us when sending a return. Use the peelable returns label provided (postage fee not included) with your order to return your goods.

In your parcel, you will find enclosed returns documentation. Please take care to fill out the form.

We recommend you obtain proof of delivery for your goods since we are not liable for any goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Parés Footwear at your own expense.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will then be processed within 3 working days. Once confirmed, you can expect the refund to reach your account within 7 working days.

If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, give us a call on 0208 8303 7443 or send an email to info@pareschildrensfootwear.co.uk, complete with your tracking number, so that we can investigate further.

 

International Returns 

International customers have 28 days to return their items using a courier of their choice.

We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received your refund notification.
